Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase Two)

Concourse 3 is an extension, but integral part of the ongoing development of Concourse 1 and 2 at Dubai International Airport. A partially underground structure, including Automated People Moving (APM) stations for both arrivals and departures, the concourse extends above ground under a metal shell to accommodate 20 aircraft stands - which 18 of them are designed to accommodate the Airbus 380. stand far away.

Like Concourse 2, the building shell of Concourse 3 has similar size and shape characteristics. With an overall footprint of 90mx645m on a built-up area of approximately 528,000m², the building includes Emirates Airline lounges and hotels, as well as arrivals and departures floors with a duty-free area.

About 1 million m³ of reinforced concrete was poured over a two-year period for this contract. It is the largest Dubai contract ever undertaken by Al Nabooda Construction Group and employs 7,500 people.

Arabian Center Mall

The opening of Dubai's Arabian Center Mall, which is home to 175 international retail brands and spans 80,000m2, also marked the successful completion of MEP work on the AED 135 million project.

During the 36-month project, the group's work included mechanical, electrical and plumbing work for the entire mall.

The Oberoi Center in Business Bay

The Oberoi Center is a high-rise, ultra-modern, mixed-use development, located at the gateway to Business Bay. A two-tower building comprising a luxury hotel and high-end offices, the office tower has a link to the hotel at the podium level, providing easy access to shared facilities. The hotel consists of 27 floors plus four floors for car parking. The office building has 33 floors plus four floors for car parking.

Abu Dhabi Airport Tunnel Project

On 30 November 2014, Al Nabodah Construction Group successfully completed the Midfield Airside Road Tunnel for Abu Dhabi Airports Company. Three months before the deadline.

The scope of work includes construction of reinforced concrete structure (565x40x10m), 750,000m3 earthworks, 75,000m3 concrete pouring, 12,000 tonnes of reinforcement, 150,000m2 formwork, as well as 000m3 back-proof and 000m300m3 water.

Eye Rise Tower

Located in TECOM, Dubai, this state-of-the-art commercial building is 36 storeys high and houses 534 offices with 2,297 car parking spaces. The construction of the building was based on a specific architectural design, creating a unique office layout with a wave-like shape, which maximizes natural light and offers a stunning panoramic view. It covers an area of 1,930,254.86 sq.ft.
